Parents and legal guardians should not create duplicate accounts for themselves or for students. If you are unable to access your existing account, please use the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" functions on the log-in page.
Please note that SSAT, SAO and Snapshot use one family account and ISEE uses a separate family account. These are not considered duplicate accounts.
If you have a duplicate account, please email info@ssat.org for support. In some but not all cases, accounts may be merged.
