2026–27 SSAT at Home Testing Season: Details Coming Soon
E3n is transitioning the SSAT at Home to a new remote testing platform for the 2026-27 testing season. As a result, certain details of the SSAT at Home administration, including the technical and system requirements for the computer or device on which a candidate will test, the identity of E3n's remote testing platform and proctoring provider, and the step-by-step procedures for launching the test on test day, are being finalized and are not yet posted on this page.
E3n will post the complete SSAT at Home requirements and procedures on this page no later than 9/20/2026, and in all events before the first SSAT at Home administration of the 2026-27 testing season. When those details are posted, E3n will notify the parent or legal guardian of every candidate registered for an SSAT at Home administration by email at the address associated with the candidate's SSAT account.
Please note that the SSAT at Home technical requirements, system check procedures, and testing platform information published for prior testing seasons do not apply to the 2026-27 testing season and should not be relied on. What is the SSAT at Home?
The SSAT at Home is a computer-based version of the SSAT taken on designated testing dates at pre-scheduled times. While thousands of families choose this option for the benefit of staying at home, they are also responsible for meeting all tech and room requirements.
