I already have an EMA account. Why can’t I create another registration if I’m in China?

Effective in December 2023, families located in mainland China are required to go through SSAT China for any new SSAT or Character Skills Snapshot registrations or to purchase additional services such as SSAT Practice.

These processes have changed for families located in mainland China to meet local data privacy protection regulations.

All of the boxes are grayed out in the "my profile" tab, why can't I edit / input information?

How do I invite another parent to be able to view and make changes for my student?

Do I need to fill out all of the information on the "my profile" tab?

How do I change the email on file?

How do I change or update my username?

Why is student demographic information collected?

Why do I need to renew my Parent/Guardian account?

The Parent / Guardian on the existing account is deceased or otherwise incapacitated, how can I access the account?

I am not receiving a username or password reset email. What do I do?
