EMA will gladly update your Snapshot results if you listed the wrong grade level.
Please note that students in grades 5-7 are compared to other students in grades 5-7 from the Middle Level norm group. Students in grades 8-11 are compared to other students in grades 8-11 from the Upper Level norm group.
If you selected the wrong grade level but are within the correct norm group, do know that the results will not change, however, we will update your report to reflect your student's accurate grade.
If you selected the wrong grade and it is outside of the correct norm group, your results will change.
Please email us at info@enrollment.org with your request. Updated results for all changes will be re-released on the next available Snapshot release date. There is no charge for this update.
