Are students with limited English proficiency (LEP) or those considered to be learning English as a Second Language (ESL) eligible to receive accommodations on the SSAT?

No. If your student is considered to be limited English proficient or an English Language Learner, they are not eligible to receive testing accommodations when completing the SSAT.

Testing accommodations are strictly prohibited for any student that does not require them as the result of a significant disability or impairment.
