EMA does not offer refunds for cancelled tests. If you would still like to officially cancel your SSAT, please email info@ssat.org. Please note that up to 72 hours before your SSAT at Home appointment, you may reschedule for free to another SSAT at Home, but may not change to a Prometric or paper-based SSAT. You can make this change through your account online.
If your SSAT at Home was interrupted by a technical issues such as a internet or power outage, you will automatically have your account updated by noon the following day to allow you to change your test for free.
